I was in town for an event & decided to check this place out for lunch based on other Yelp reviews - I am so glad we did! The place filled up quickly, as my family wasn't the only one with this idea. The large crowd had no bearing on the personable, efficient & speedy service. Food came out quickly, as ordered and all dishes were highly enjoyed by all. Typical American diner fare at reasonable prices. I can't wait to go back!

So been hearing I should try out Marlboro Grille... Finally tried them for breakfast.... Ordered the waffles crispy.... Order comes out and the waffles look perfect.... get home warm them up in the oven for a little more crispness.... Time to chow, or so I thought... They were disgusting!!! There was some kind of crème in the middle and they tasted like they were glazed with something.... they promptly went in the trash... HOW DO YOU MESS UP WAFFLES?????

Went to Ms. K's but the line was long so tried another local spot ... The service was very slow!, to the point I could watch car drive by as entertainment while waiting. The atmosphere is typical for a local dive eatery, so nothing too much to say about that ... let's talk food: the coffee is basic, make sure you use sugar or creamer to make it taste better. The omelet was very good, fluffy and full of filling. The home fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - just add ketchup and your good. Overall I was surprised, after the slow service I was expecting the food to match the coffee ... but to my surprise the food was above par. Worthy of a return visit.

A local and this is my favorite place to grab breakfast on the weekends. Just enough food, reasonable price, and staff is very sweet. There are no glitz and glam, just good food and a decent price.

The service is always prompt. The good is always the same. The French toast is the best in the city. If you leave without having a serving of home fries, then your experience is futile. It's popping on Sundays between 9 and 11. Get there early or wait until later

This little spot is a small town diner located a walkable distance from the Prince George's County Court House. It's right across a very old-looking Ledo's pizza. The meters outside take only quarters, but two of them will give you an hour's time. The menu consists of typical diner fare, like turkey sandwiches, traditional egg and sausage breakfasts and fruit. I had a pretty good meal here for well under $10. And I am a pig. The service is excellent, and the reason why it pushes 3 stars, instead of just 2.

Food was good and the location is a homey spot on Upper Marlboro's main thoroughfare. Appears to be a local joint as many of the patrons appeared to be on a lunch break from their nearby jobs. Metered street parking is your option.

I used to work in Upper Marlboro and the Marlboro Grille was always my first choice. The food is typical American fare and ranges in taste from just alright to very good. I don't think I've ever had great food there. The staff is very friendly and will remember your name if you become a regular there. You can expect your food to be brought out fairly quickly, but can be delayed right around noon when the workers from the courthouse, CAB, library and others fill most of the tables for a quick lunch.

The food comes out fast which is a huge plus. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired though. I wish they would give the place a good paint job and replace some of the dated decor. If you want a fast sandwich shop this is the place to go right in town. The waitresses are very friendly and the place has good customer service. I would recommended this place to friends.
